Job Description :

- Our clients leaders in HR tech domain is looking for sales representatives in the capacity of an Individual Contributor leading the sales initiatives for their India and South East Asia business.

Client Details :

- Our client is a Series B funded End-to-End, AI-powered hiring and proctoring solution organisation which helps clients with their recruitment lifecycle challenges.

- They are the market leader in SAAS HR-tech ecosystem backed by marquee investors

Description :

- Responsible for partnering with the CHRO / TA heads of prospective customers to solve their recruitment lifecycle challenges

- Drive exponential revenue growth as an Individual contributor in the India / SEA region

- Manage end to end sales cycle, starting from prospecting, demo, negotiation to closure.

Profile :

- 3-10 years experience in selling to large enterprise customers.

- Experience in selling to CHRO / TA fraternity in INDIA

- Candidate preferred to be based out of Bangalore (Open to Gurgaon and Mumbai)
