Urgent Opening for - SALES HR MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY :
- Talent Acquisition for all frontline Sales Field Force pan India
- Tying up with National Vendors to develop outsourced salesforce (3P), so essentially, responsible for hiring and manpower planning for sales
- Driving engagement for sales force
- Managing PMS execution for sales force
- Working with Sales Development Manager to identify capability gaps and identify training requirements / needs and coordinate to ensure gaps are minimized
- Ensuring all compliance requirements are met of on roll and 3P vendors with the laws of the land.
- Providing support in implementing GTM Strategy
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :
- This role would be largely execution based. Also, Sales incentive will no longer be here
- This role executes all the HO-driven processes and systems in the Sales function. Even in hiring, the role will identify the needs and pass on the mandate to the TM Head. This role will only hire below ZSM roles directly (including 3P). Almost exclusively continues to handle 3P salesforce (including service checks on payroll, etc.).
