From Tier 1 / Tier 2 Business School & FMCG Company Experience MUST
The incumbent will be responsible for the following :
1. Sales HR Management
2. Coordinate with Regional / Zonal Sales Head and help in Recruitment and closing all positions in the Zones
3. Responsible for Onboarding and Inducting Sales Personnel
4. Work with Head HR in rolling out robust Performance Management System for the Sales Personnel
5. Work with the HR Head in succession Planning, Career Planning and building a Talent Pipeline for Sales Personnel
6. Responsible for Payroll of Sales HR Personnel
7. Should be familiar with SAP or Payroll software
8. Should be familiar with Hire to Retire process of Sales Personnel.
9. Familiar with Labor Laws and Statutory Compliances
