We are looking for an experienced HR Professional to join us will be responsible for the implementation of culture building, employee engagement, career development and grievance management initiative. S/he will be required to travel across the offices in the entire UP east & Kolkata (west Bengal) t. The incumbent would be handling the headcount of 450+ sales representatives. The incumbent will be based in Kolkata and would report to the Lead HRBP of that region. Key Responsibilities : - Traveling across the region and meeting sales employees on a regular basis - Employee grievance and query management - Implementing the employee engagement plan across the locations. - Support the team in the implementation and execution of company rules and policies Candidate Profile Specifically, the candidate should have: - MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent field - Proven experience as an HR Business Partner for at least 3-6 years from Telecom, Banks, Insurance and Shared Services background would be preferred - Excellent people management and communication skills - Prior experience of working with the large and young sales team
