Sales HRBP- Manager- Startup (only Male candidates can apply) We are looking for an experienced HR Professional to join us who will be responsible for building positive work culture and driving employee engagement for the sales workforce in Rajasthan. S/he will be required to travel across the offices in the entire UP east/north/west. The incumbent would be handling the headcount of 250+ sales representatives. S/he will be required to travel across 4 offices in the entire UP. The incumbent will be based in Lucknow/Kolkata/Noida and would report to the Lead HRBP of that region. Key Responsibilities : - Traveling across the region and meeting sales employees on a regular basis - Employee grievance and query management - Implementing the employee engagement plan across Rajasthan - Support the team in the implementation and execution of company rules and policies Candidate Profile Specifically, the candidate should have: - MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent field - Proven experience as an HR Business Partner for at least 3-6 years from Telecom, Banks, Insurance and Shared Services background would be preferred - Excellent people management and communication skills - Prior experience of working with the large and young sales team
