Manager - Sales - Heavy Component

HLC Partners(www.hlc-partners.com) is hiring a Sales Specialist for one of its clients.

Our client is a large German Conglomerate, a fortune 500 Company operating globally with annual turnover of 41 billion Euro and having strength of more than 96,000 employees.

Job Description :

Qualification- BE - Mechanical (Candidate with MBA in Sales/ Marketing from reputed institution will be having an added advantage)

Around 7-10 years of experience in large multinational engineering companies, with proven track record, analytical skills and leadership qualities.

KRA :

- Candidate should be good in analysis of customer's requirement and should be good in preparation of technical and commercial proposals.

- He needs to be tough negotiator and conversant with techniques for market analysis, budgeting, Sales Planning etc.

- Responsible for maintaining customer relations and business development and follow-up with customers.

- He has to travel frequently all over India and needs to work in close coordination with other departments of the Company.

- Good Presentation, Communication, Analytical and Leadership skills required.
