Position Purpose:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through appropriate market development activities that are strongly aligned with Cochlear's values/


- Strive to provide the best-in-industry Customer Experience by implementing Direct-To-Customer activities in collaboration with Health Care Professionals (HCP). 


- Be the owner of all business and market development related activities and operations in the assigned Territory and the first point of contact for all HCPs within the Territory. 


- Build a strong and supportive community of customers and HCPs to create awareness and establish Cochlear as a highly preferred brand when it comes to implantable hearing solutions.

Overview of Responsibilities :

- Build strong Advocacy network to achieve sales targets

- Manage customer relationships

- Grow the market through the HCPs

- Build a robust services business with a focus on Customer Experience

- Support the HCPs to develop their business and their confidence in operating Cochlear's devices

- Develop market intelligence
