The role will essentially be to drive new sales and achieve quarterly targets for growth and revenue. Responsible for user Growth, Retention and Engagement. - Lead Revenue/traffic planning and management, growth analytics and initiatives, CRM, Customer retention and acquisition function. - Analyze product funnels, user journeys and recommended optimization to keep improving target metrics (CR and NPS). - Own the execution of aligned initiatives to deliver improvement in target metrics, - Lead Growth Partnership and Analytics. What we're looking for in an ideal candidate : - Education - Full time MBA - Tier 1/Tier 2 institution. - Min 1-2 yrs. Experience in B2B/D2C Sales, preferably in Retail/E commerce/Exports industry. - Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal interpersonal skills, problem solving attitude. - Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills - Ability to work independently, handle pressure situations, should take ownership and be self-driven. - Well versed in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point and Microsoft Outlook. - Highly enthusiastic and motivated to be part of a growing company.
