Qualification - First class Graduate in any discipline. Post-Graduation in Management from a premier institute
Language proficiency Telugu Preferred
Major Accountabilities
The candidate will be responsible for following key deliverables:
- Launching and Maximizing sales and market share of Fresh products category
- Ensuring availability of products across the State of Andhra Pradesh
- Efficient and Cost-effective Logistics Management with the various production centres
The major key responsibility areas are:
He/She will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and strategizing business development of Fresh products Segment for the State
His/her success will be measured by the delivery of critical business goals, namely, growth and gain in market share.
- The ideal candidate should possess a demonstrated ability to think strategically about Market, customers, categories and channel related challenges, with the ability to build and maintain infrastructure and teams.
- Develop a Distribution system for Fresh products in the various Cities and Towns of the State
- Maintain the Logistics and other Distribution related costs under control so as to provide the best returns to our farmers.
