Manager - Sales - FMCG (8-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire distribution centre.
- Develop business within the specified area in line with Local and Global Strategy.
- Responsible for the Profitability results and developing a business plan to achieve so.
- Creating & maintaining client and peer relationships (strong team player).
- Drive the qualitative and quantitative growth with the vision and strategy of the company
- Bring new and innovative ideas to the business
- Set business goals and assign targets to Direct Reports and ensure that they provide consistent results for the company.
- Maintain a detailed and transparent performance management system for associates.
Candidate Profile -
The candidate should be having a :
- Master's degree with 8+ years of experience handling Sales, Marketing and Logistics function.
- Must have excellent communication skills, should be mobile, have leadership qualities and proven experience of handling a team.
