Responsibilities :
This position will be responsible
a. To handle Business Development & B2B Sales for the Niche customers / Key Accounts
b.Sales & Business Development
- Achieving the sales target
- Increasing sales
Key Account Management / Customer relationship management/Team Management
- Customer engagement -CRM, Business development, meeting plans, relationship at every level of customer (procurement/RnD/Quality/production/MD etc).
- Continuous meeting plans with all functions of customers
- Team handling capabilities
- Train and develop top sales professionals and to ensure optimum level of workforce engagement.
- Identify and drive high energetic and knowledgeable team towards business goals
- Review and guide them on weekly basis
- Account receivable Management - financial aspects (alignment)
- Contract Management, Ageing stock management -These are related to sales discipline to manage contracts with customers on time, avoiding product expiry/losses by timely sales/delivery etc
New product / Business development
- Tapping all-new opportunity/customer in the market
- Expanding the customer base
- Product innovation with existing / new customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Food Tech / Engineers / MBAs) with a minimum of 5 years- experience
- Good negotiation and communication skill
- Experience in value sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Team handling capability
Preferred Qualifications
- Food Tech / Engineers / MBAs (premier/good institutes)
- At least 5 years- experience in Sales & Business Development especially in the Food industry
- Key account management & Customer relationship management
- Open to travel & relocation
