- Handling Sales Of the Product to the assign area
- Team Handling
- Handling Super stockiest, Distributors and Retailers
- Coordination with distributors for resolving grievances
- Maintaining close rapport with the Super stockiest, Distributors & Retailers
- Implementing and monitoring the Sales activities
- Market Research and launching the product in the new area or territory
- Motivating Sales Officers & Sales Executives for increasing the Sales
- To train and lead the Sales team under him for distribution network
- Discuss and set the sales target to the Sales team
- Responsible for primary & Secondary Sales
- Support the Regional Sales Manager & Production team for correct production planning
