As a sales team member, you will enjoy creating solutions for your clients on the fly, managing a book of business, and working with stakeholders across the value chain. This position has a high impact on this organization and the areas of the function will include a mix of Relationship Management- 30%, Leadership - 20%, Develop and Execute Strategic Product and Pricing Plans - 50% .
What would your Responsibilities be :
- Establish, develop and maintain positive client relationships throughout the sales cycle, and help clients understand next steps throughout the financing sale process.
- Negotiate offers and successfully guide clients through the contract process through closing.
- Expedite the resolution of client concerns and complaints to maximize client satisfaction.
- Partner with the administrative team to create an outstanding client experience.
- Support strategic initiatives from an analytical standpoint.
- Ensure that the quality and timeliness of analytic deliverables to meet and exceed the Sales Strategy & Operations team expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 1- 4 years of sales experience
- Customer service focus and a professional approach to building B2B relationships.
- BFSI experience or startup Experience or core infrastructure industry experience
