Job description for Sales Manager
- To originate leads and take responsibility for converting the leads into applicants.
Key Roles and Responsibilities in Nearby Finance:
- The role will entail leading on ground sales executives /existing distribution channel partners to achieve sales lead growth for the category of loans in selected zones/states
- Visiting each Customer service unit at regular interval to ensure movement of business without any delay/hindrances.
- Meeting prospective eligible clients as part of lead generation and sanctioning process as and when it is required.
- Motivating and driving the team to achieve their monthly and annual targets
- Achieving the given sales target within time limit by supporting existing channel partners and coordinating with other teams like risk/credit. He or she will be required to have the aggression of a sales leader
- Ensuring the health of the portfolio by proactive measures in order to avoid any negative eventualities including collection targets
- Proactive involvement in implementing new initiatives of the company to improve the loan book
Preference
1. Candidate Should have at least 3 years of continuous experience in similar profile
2. Candidate should have sourced Business loans for MSME segment - secured or unsecured
3. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
