Manager - Sales - EduTech/eLearning (5-10 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Get to know your team members, understand their expectations, and assess the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead of them.
- Become an expert at understanding students- profiles and their problems. Support your team members in negotiating and handling customer objections effectively.
- Check the quality of lead assignment. Map the right lead to the right team member to ensure successful meetings and conversions.
- Coach and mentor your team members. Nurture your team members to grow in the Sales Organization.
- Conduct regular refresher training sessions with your team to help them face and excel in different sales scenarios. Drive the sales process to let your team achieve the input & output metrics.
- Create a culture to develop high-performance teams. Watch the revenue you bring in make a widespread impact on business.
