Manager - Sales - Education (3-10 yrs) Premium

Strategic Expectations

- Define, innovate & set up the Sales processes

- Create an extensive sales playbook featuring multiple parent personas & defining key value propositions & pitch for each persona

- Coordinate with Marketing (Acquisition) & Operations (Retention) to refine the lead qualification process

- Work closely with the founders (particularly CEO) to help refine the pricing (& packages) model

Basic Work Requirements

- Manage, track & course-correct the lead funnel to ensure high conversion rates across various packages defined by the Pricing Model

- Define user-journey (channel-mix, number of touchpoints, conversion window) across various customers (various intent levels)

- Actively implement the company's Go-To Market Strategy

- Basis the interactions with customers, prepare a key metric for Lead Qualification

- Prepare all the collaterals for product demo & trial classes

- Prepare a proper training plan for the Sales Associates

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong understanding of the consumer mind-set in Tier 1 (Metro) Cities

- Relevant Experience of more than 3 years with exceptional performance

- Experience in Ed-Tech or High-ticket consumer sales is highly preferred

- Strong hustling mind-set & ability to achieve the company targets

- Strong grasp on building a sales team
