- As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales of a product or portfolio in the company.
What you will do:
- Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve a given revenue target
- Strategizing and implementing a robust sales pipeline
- Continuously monitoring and training team to improve performance and conversions
- Handling escalations and improving customer experience
- Developing and working on analytics-driven sales dashboard which will help keep track of the current performance and also help understand the future sales pipeline
- Analyzing and sharing active feedback about customer behavior, market demands, and competition to the marketing team
- Giving prompt reports on crucial issues and suggest solutions.
- Making propositions, giving suggestions and designating sales targets and job obligations to each team member.
- Planning and implementing admission events and webinars
