Manager - Sales & Distribution - Retail

Urgently looking for Manager- Sales & Distribution (Male) for a World class distributor of Luxury Eyewear brand in India. The Candidate should be an MBA and should possess Excellent Communication Skills.

Summary of the role:

Manage business through retailers and distributors in a defined territory

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit optician and accessories stores with samples to book orders.

- Achievement of primary & secondary sales targets through dealers and distributors.

- Ensuring that customer orders are channelized to the company and are supplied in a timely manner.

- Collection of payments from distributors and direct dealers. Ensuring there are no over dues from customers in the territory.

- Suggest plans for liquidation of obsolete stocks at distributors and key dealers.

- Ensure company schemes and brand plans are implemented in the market as per guidelines.

- Ensuring that distributor claims are submitted to the company in a timely manner and are cleared.

- Identifying prospective new stores and drive placement of VIAA LUX brands in such stores.

- Identifying opportunities for business development in new towns within the territory and expanding distribution in such towns.

- Attending customer complaints and ensuring they are resolved immediately.
