Manager - Sales & Digital Marketing - Retail (2-3 yrs)

Company Profile: A French luxury kid label.

Responsibility:

- Experience in online selling and digital marketing - FB, Instagram and ability to target right online forums like bloggers, Mom communities etc.

- Should be well-versed with Lead Generation

- Should be able to liaise and drive sales with category managers at Hopscotch and other online web sites.

- Ability to run a tight ship and keep costs in check.

- Lastly, should be the right fit given the brand ethos.

- Generate leads via social media, email campaigns, industry seminars etc.

- Complete ownership of P&L in the organization.

Required Profile:

- A passionate individual and a go-getter to achieve and exceed the set business revenue goals with a deal pursuit strategy.

- A creative mind with the ability to prepare and pitch tailor-made presentation to a prospect with full-confidence and sound knowledge on industry trends and apt use-cases.

- Dynamic and Pro-active.

- Passion to work with a start-up and manage end to end sales.

- Somebody who can multitask and who has problem-solving skills.

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing.

- Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a must.

Experience:

- 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Digital Marketing.

Language:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

- Knowledge of French is a plus.
