Sales Development Manager ( 3rd Party Contract Manufacturing ) (Nutraceuticals)
Job Responsibilities :
- Accountable for top line and bottom line of Contract Manufacturing business
- Business Development for Contract Manufacturing Business
- Customer Relationship Management for existing as well as potential clients
- Planning business strategy to generate new business by collaborating with new clients and by adding new products with existing clients
- Reviewing progress and making changes in the strategy on need basis
- Meeting clients in regular intervals or conducting weekly/bi-weekly calls with clients to inform them of new products and product transitions
- To discuss market trends and new technologies with management
Key Skills :
- Experience with proven expertise in handling regulated Business development for contract manufacturing.
- Experience in inter-departmental co-ordination to ensure meeting of budgeted sales in the region.
- Proactive and flexible to work in any demanding timeline environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel when required.
