Manager - Sales Development - FMCG/Beauty/Skincare/Cosmetics Business - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (3-8 yrs)

Reporting: Head - Customer Development

We are looking out for a marketing and analytics professional coming from the FMCG, beauty, skincare, or cosmetics space with at least 3+ years of sales development experience.

You will be responsible for developing and executing the sales development strategy as well as driving the shelf share of the brands across different channels.

Responsibilities :

- Driving the width and depth for existing and new focus products.

- Enhancing field force productivity and developing GTM plans.

- Acting as a differentiator with a key focus on range selling and improvement.

- Executing wholesale channel programs.

- Ensuring timely and successful execution of POS and merchandising material through sales teams.

- Developing and improving the visibility tools as well as developing counter-competitive strategies in coordination with the marketing and sales team for smooth execution in the marketplace.

- Ensuring desired market hygiene.

- Implementing & driving SFA tool pan-India.

Requirements :

- Post-Graduation from a top Tier institute with at least 3+ years of relevant sales development, and trade marketing experience from the FMCG, beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry.

- Highly analytical with hands-on experience in using salesforce automation tools.

- Self-driven and result-oriented professional.

- Highly influential individual to get the job done cross-functionally in coordination with Brand Managers, RSMs, DGMs, activation managers, and HR for sales development.
