We have an urgent Opening for Sales Development Manager-Mumbai (PAN India)

Key Accountability :

- National Coverage Expansion Planning & Execution

- Route to Market Planning & Execution

- Distributor Profiling/Assessment/Consolidation

- Planning & Implementation of Training & Capability Development

- DMS + SFA Implementation & Sustenance

- Productivity measures to drive sales efficiency

Functional Skills Required:-

- Understanding of FMCG categories (Personal Care)

- Sound knowledge of Sales processes

- Sales Management, Planning and Operational Skills

- Excellent Communication Skills.

- Good Computer knowledge.

- Excellence in Data mgmt. & excel.

- Work with regional managers to track sales progress

Job Responsibilities :

This is a North India role, based in Regional office, Delhi and may require to travel to different locations.

Some of the key responsibilities will include

- Execution and delivery of projects related to sales distribution across the Zones.

- This would include:- Process Quality, Loyalty programs, Business analytics, competition tracking, Business communication, Sales Development, MIS & Strategies.

- Organizing Product launches and New Product launch distribution planning, New town development, Area Expansion, Channel distribution objectives Channel Management, Channel partner management, Channel development initiatives and New channel development.

- Conceptualization and implementation of retailer / stockiest or any other loyalty program

- Improving visibility and developing counter-competitive strategies and coordinating with Marketing and Sales Teams to ensure above.

- Budgetary Control and coordination with Finance Teams. Selecting and appointing distributors for enhancing the revenue, Designing schemes for dealers, supplier, and promoters to promote the product

Developing Trade Marketing strategies for :

- Trade Promotion

- New Launches

- RS & Field team Incentive

- Sales Training to field forces.

- New Project handling

- Sales Forecasting

- Execution & Delivery of Projects related to sales Distribution across the Zones .

- Activate local level initiatives

- Responsible for sales automation -DMS

- Ensuring the sales collaterals are being used by the field forces.
