Sales Development:
- Custodian of end-to-end RTM strategy for GT in metro, urban & rural markets.
- Part of GTM team, engage and drive larger transformation initiatives - distribution / SR efficiency KPIs- Assortments, Bill Productivity, Outlet class wise volume drive, Bill Cuts, Salesman FOS (Feet on street), ECO, wholesale outlet segmentation etc.
- Assortment planning through Market visits by understanding buyer insights, seasonality changes, brand, and competition strategies- Depth, Width & Weight distribution.
- Cost optimization for distribution and SR Manpower pan India
- Own the plan/execution for channel engagement program and visibility activity.
- Identify market growth opportunities, by analysing the primary, secondary, and tertiary.
- Liaison with brand team for BTL programs to drive sales in De-Grow towns Sales IT capability SFA & DMS (Centre of excellence team):
- Responsible for managing sales-IT initiatives along with Sales Team.
- Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable.
- Manage the design, development, enhancement of Sales MIS system and business analytics.
- Manage the integration and maintenance of process chains between central console Sales MIS Systems
- Actively participate and lead design workshops on DMS solution (URS, UAT, Pilot, rollout)
- Collaborate with IT and another functional team to create an optimum Sales IT infra.
- Smooth rollout of DMS, SFA and automation solutions for distributors and sales team
- Partnering with the team for training and knowledge transfers regional Sales
