Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:-
- Promotion and driving sales of Customisation Kits & Studio business month on month to achieve target
- Following leads received through the website on day-to-day basis and convert them in business
- Engage with prospects on phone / meeting and guide them in finalising customisation configuration
- Lead Generation through various nationwide events and experiential marketing gatherings (Great Escapes)
- Impart Sales training and handholding of frontline dealership team for sales pitch
- Capturing & communicating consumer insights / product feedback for New product conceptualisation and improvement of large customisation & kits
- Driving dealership incentive schemes and promotional activities for dealer channel
- Coordinating Webpage management for addition of new customisation variants
- Market visits to understand competition scenario and benchmarking prevailing market costs
- Accounts reconciliation of payments received-ongoing on real-time basis
