This is a fast-paced, client facing, business development role with a clear focus on revenue generation. You will be interacting with senior leaders of some of the largest and well-known global brands in the BFSI sector providing a fantastic opportunity for your personal development. Key expectations from the role includes:

Sales & Business Development : 

1. Work closely with directors to identify potential clients and independently develop new clients and build business.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers at client end.

3. Lead generation in the below areas:

a. project specific requirements for freelancer talent

b. fixed duration contract staffing requirements.

c. permanent positions on contract-to-hire model

4. Achieve monthly/quarterly targets related to number of leads generated and revenue delivered.

5. Target clients would include medium to large sized firms in financial services (banks, insurance, NBFC, etc.)

6. 10-20% domestic travel requirement - once COVID situation improves.

Client relationship management : 

1. Manage relationships with mapped clients of Outsized (existing and new) by supporting them in various project based and role-based resource requirements.

2. Invite periodic client feedback on Outsized services and implement/ recommend necessary changes to enhance client experience.

3. Work closely with account director to identify opportunities to deepen the account and provide additional support to the client.

4. Own the account sales and revenue targets.

Project delivery : 

1. Understand client needs in detail and develop role sheet/scope documents in line with the requirements.

2. Work with internal client services/operations teams for timely deliverables to the client - scope discussions, project check-ins, report reviews, etc.

3. Manage client communications - scope approvals, project report submission, timely client escalations, inviting client feedback, etc.

Support in marketing activities : 

1. Develop knowledge materials related to Outsized's area of work based on industry, client, and competitive research.

2. Support in execution of new client outreach campaigns - digital marketing content, marketing emailers, client pitch packs, etc.

3. Represent Outsized at various industry forums and corporate forums.

4. Identify and recommend skills/talent in demand for proactive supply build-up.

Who we're looking for:

We are looking for individuals with prior experience of selling flexible talent and/or contract hiring services to clients in the Financial Services domain

- 8-10 years of experience of relevant experience

- Experience of working in a B2B sales role with leading companies such as:

- Executive search/recruitment firms

- Firms providing flexible resourcing as a service

- Exposure to clients in financial services with CXO level connects with deep connects with HR functions at these organizations.

- Experience of creating outreach content to drive sales & client engagement.

- Experience of managing and deepening of key corporate account and client relationships.

- Experience of developing client proposals using Microsoft excel and PowerPoint tools.

- Passionate about sales and maintaining client relationships.

- Excited about joining a profitable and well-funded start-up.

- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential with ability to interact with CXO level resources and represent company at corporate forums.
