Manager - Sales - Construction Chemicals/Flooring

Our reputed client, a leader in flooring for over 25 years, is currently hiring for the role of Sales Manager for Pune region.

Requirements :

BE Civil/Chemical Eng or a related field specially Resin Flooring & Construction Chemicals.

Successful previous experience in related field.

Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all level of the organization reporting to Zonal Manager-West.

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

Responsibility :

Achieving sales and collection target assigned for the team.

Build and Promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their need.

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expand company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.

Present realistic monthly sales, project registrar and collection plan
