Manager - Sales - Commercial Vehicle Finance - NBFC (3-8 yrs)
The position is with NBFC and looking for candidates with direct front end sale experience of Commercial Vehicle finance.
Locations - Delhi

A) Core Responsibilities:
Achieve Sales Targets
- Achieve disbursement volumes as per budget
- Achieve Budgeted Pricing and maintain DDSA payouts as per budget
- Maintain TAT as per market standard and continuously reduce Error rate
- Ensure zero error in adherence (by the team) to policies and systems including KYC guidelines and regulatory norms
Channel/Distribution Management
- Conduct meetings with dealers on a regular basis and ensure continuous engagement with the dealers with minimum to no gaps in adherence.
- Identify new dealers and ensure empanelment as per policy to increase geographical reach
- Ensure resolution of dealer issues and manage payouts
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure collection of first 6 EMI post disbursement from customer
- Minimize delinquency
- Interact with and handle High end loan customers & conduct client visits for relationship building.
- Manage end to end processing of High value loans
- Ensure Customer complaints are resolved in coordination with the relevant department.
PDD Follow up and Closure
- Ensure Post disbursement document submission within 90 days of disbursement.
- Reduce RC pendency
- Coordinate with operations team and Credit team for processing of Auto loans within TAT.
B) Supplementary Responsibilities:
- Carry out Competition mapping and be updated on all market trends and collate information from the market to suggest changes in the existing process & policies.
- Support in implementation of IT enablement projects
C) Records/Trackers/Reports maintained by role:
- Location /Business MIS; Dealers Business MIS
- Stores/ CREs / TLs / Mangers Trackers
- Collections Details/ Operations Tracking Details.
