Position: Sales Manager - Color Masterbatch

Location: Thane, Mumbai

Department: Sales

Job Duties

- Drive Color Masterbatch Sales by developing customer, application, and country-specific strategies for non-OEM markets

- Lead the Color Masterbatch Color Team to drive process improvements, competitiveness and maximizing business opportunities

- Provide direction and support to the sales teams to grow Color Masterbatch sales

- Develop value proposition, prospect application, and market strategy for color Masterbatch products in the region

- Support the development of service KPIs for the color business

- Coordinate color business with local brand owners and strategic converters

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Applied Science, Engineering, Polymer, Plastics. Additionally, MBS is preferred

2. Experience: 7-8 years of overall experience in Sales/Marketing/Business

Development with a minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience in the Masterbatch, Pigments or Polymer Industry regionally or in a country.

3. Language: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, specifically

in both spoken and written English, Hindi

4. Others Requirement:

- Familiar working with multi-country, multilingual teams.

- Be able to work independently and have good abilities in business and competitor analysis

- Position requires at least 40% time traveling in the region
