Our client a leading manufacturer of Shelf Life Solutions, Health and Wellness is looking for a Sales Manager specialized in cattle, poultry or aqua feed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Effective verbal, written communication skills.

2. Should have significant experience in establishing business of Cattle, Poultry or Aqua Feed Additives.

3. Should have prior experience in dealer and distribution Networking and management.

4. Sound experience of handling team across the country in different zones, segments and product lines.

5. Ability to handle key accounts at different levels.

6. Good networking ability for handling the consultants.

Job Description

1. Ability to plan &achieve desired business within stipulated timelines and target cost.

2. Effectively control the region as profit center for the organization with respect to budget, outstanding and market penetration.

3. Responsible for generating sales, distribution network and performance of the zone.

4. To develop a distribution network with support & trouble shooting for feed supplement range of products.

5. Monitoring market trends for different product line and contribute in product development.

6. Manage team as a leader effectively by judging the strengths and weakness of teammates and help them achieving the assigned targets.

7. Knowledge of zone, possible headquarters and business opportunities.

8. Thorough idea of clientele, corporate firms and trade market of cattle, poultry or aqua industry, local cattle, poultry or aqua associations and technical forums in the assigned zone.

Educational-

1. Post Graduate preferably from life sciences stream.

2. Must be good at computer Skilled in excel and power point at least.

3. Fluency in English is desired.

3. Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills

5. Ability to translate opportunities into solid business.
