We are hiring for candidates having relevant experience in sales and business development who would be responsible for increasing selections through existing and new clients
1. Background in field sales is mandatory - individual will have to be the kind who enjoys being on the field and convincing sellers
2. The role would require extensive travel in the nearby regions
3. The person must develop and plan for bringing in the required selection and execute with urgency to add to sales
4. The candidate must be able to give seller and competitive inputs to internal teams like category, selection product and ops, onboarding, marketing etc. from time to time for improving internal processes and benchmarks
5. The candidate will be accountable for new sellers added/day - will be a strictly sales oriented role wherein the candidate has to be keep thinking about how he/she will achieve the daily sales number
6. Candidate should be very comfortable with a target driven environment with daily reporting, calls etc
Desired skills and experience:
1. Overall 2-3 years of experience after post-graduate degree(Tier 1) in business development, sales, client management, operations, etc.
2. Ability to manage operations involving external partner teams with good communication skills
3. Ability to multi-task and work independently and as a team
