Manager - Sales & Business Development - Consumer Durable/FMCG - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

We are looking for MBA (Tier 1) Graduates (pass out year 2017 or 2018) for Kolkata Location.

1. The Manager will be responsible for increasing business by acquiring new clients through his team and partners.

2. This is a filed sales role and the manager as well as his team is expected to be on the field. For this role, the person will be based out of Kolkata and traveling will be across Kolkata and the nearby regions.

3. Develop and plan and execute with urgency to add to sales.

4. Will be accountable for new business added/day - will be a strictly sales oriented role wherein the candidate has to be keep thinking about how he/she will achieve the daily sales number.

5. Candidate should be very comfortable with a target driven environment with daily reporting, calls etc.

Desired skill sets and work experience :

1. Overall 1-3 years of experience in field sales preferable

2. Post Graduate is mandatory (Tier 1 College only). Pass out year- 2017/2018

3. Ability to manage operations involving external partner teams with good communication skills

4. Program management skills, relationship management, interpersonal communication - ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams with an eye for detail
