Manager - Sales/Business Development - Auto Components/Precision Engineering Products (8-13 yrs)
The Client :
- A leading auto components / precision engineering products manufacturer.
The Role :
- If you are an Engineer (Mech / Electronics) and an accomplished sales / business development / key account management leader with about 8 to 13 years experience in auto components / ancillary / OEM manufacturing set up, then we are looking for you.
- You will be responsible for managing customer acquisition, customer engagement and customer retention as a key part of the role for your geography (South India).
- You will also be the pivotal point for coordinating with the sales teams in other geographies to enable them to get any support from the corporate office / engineering / quality / manufacturing / plant, as the case may be.
- As a pivotal person, you will also be responsible for training and mentoring the front line sales teams to build future sales leaders.
- Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, this role will be based out of Coimbatore and comes with a clearly defined career path with guidance to move up within the organisation.
