The role is with a leading Beverages Group for their HO in Gurgaon
Manager Sales & Brand Marketing
Reporting to : Sr Brand Manager
- Product and Business Development for beverages, entire responsibility and P&L of the brand.
Product Development : Develop Brand Extensions (Products & Services) in various categories from idea to launch in coordination with various functions
Network Development : Develop a strong partner network of vendors, bottlers and distributors. Manage Brand Licensing Consultants and Master Franchisers
Operations & Governance : Develop and establish systems & processes for - Sales & Operations, Compliance with Regulatory, Legal, IP, Quality and Commercial requirements
Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute sales and promotion strategies for Brand extensions.
- Work with Distributors, Franchisees, Master Franchisers and Brand Licensing Consultants.
- Manage team of DSE (off-rolls).Tie up and manage Key Accounts - MOT, Institutional and HORECA.
Internal Interaction : Brand Marketing, Region Sales & Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Financial Planning, Legal and Quality
External interaction - Vendors, Bottlers, Distributors, Merchandisers, Brand Licensing Consultants, Master Franchisers and Key Account Customers
