Key skills.
- Thorough understanding of BFS (Banking & Financial Service) and Insurance domains.
- Have at least five years of working experience in APAC Region.
- Have an experience of Low Code Platform selling platform
- Excellent communication and presentation skills who could present to the senior executives of the enterprise customer / prospects.
- Everything has a solution-oriented approach towards life, candidate must not thrive on problems.
- Thinking about every deal from consultative selling perspective so that deal size can be increased.
- A result oriented individual than an effort oriented. A person who knows how to get things done that blames and come up with excuses.
- A hunter mentality who leverages internal and external stakeholders to close the deal.
- A salesperson who understands quarter to quarter revenue commitments and work meticulously to achieve that.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end responsibility for new business and sales from the new accounts with revenue attainment on a quarterly/Annual basis as per the sales targets.
- Must be able to develop and execute a targeted sales plan, including target Identification, prospecting, organizing resources, leading meetings and demonstrations with prospects, closing deals and facilitating contract negotiations.
- Think-Tank by constantly developing new initiatives that increase the efficiency and effectiveness resulted in revenue growth.
- Develop, maintain and share a customer account plan for top strategic accounts.
- Must demonstrate a deep understanding of the sales process and revenue goal attainment and bring a track record of successfully selling technology/service(s) to solve business problems
- Develop a deep understanding of the customers, geographies, verticals and competitive landscape
- Development and execute a sales plan with focus on meeting and exceeding sales target
- A go-getter and creative in planning to generate higher revenues from major accounts
- Accurately forecast future sales and form sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
- Serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions
- Foresee and avoid stagnation in the marketplace
- A go getter, good people skill, team player, great negotiator, strong business sense and love working with the numbers.
