Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics

- Responsible for evaluating sales opportunities and business case presentation for new and existing clients, expand market penetration and grow the profits.

- Gather the client's requirements and suggest how our offering can be implemented to enhance and improve the existing processes

- Build relationships with key decision makers & CXOs across established and emerging FinTech, Banks and Brokers.

- Exploring business opportunity to secure higher throughput and profitable business.

Skills :

- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Superb leadership ability
