Manager - Sales/BD - Business Assurance Services Firm (6-10 yrs)
The Company :
A leading 'Business Assurance Services Company' in India into People, Product and Process Assurance services.
The Role :
Lead the Sales and Business Development function for the Employee Background verification services space. Responsible for the top line and bottom line for the services business in line with the business plan for the given geography.
Indicative deliverables :
- Sales Planning in line with the Business Plan
- Prospecting / Lead generation / Conversions
- Client Relationship Management / Key Account Management / Building alliances.
- Work closely with the back end teams to ensure service delivery as per the SLA.
- Manage RFQ / RFP / Pricing in consultation with the Head office
- Single point of contact for any escalations / new requirements.
The person for the role :
- MBA - Sales/Marketing with about 8 to 10 years of experience in B2B Sales.
- A go getter with maturity and conviction to proactively sell the concept of background verification services
- Operations orientation with ability to appreciate the work that the back end teams are doing with good understanding of Service Level agreements / Delivery Management process.
- Experience working with and good understanding of the mindsets of Senior Middle Management and Senior Management teams and ability to articulate the value proposition of the business services to acquire clients.
