- You have built SaaS businesses and have managed large deals - You are experienced with American/ SEA/ India Markets. - Own the full sales cycle from lead to close. Help educate customers on the value of Human Edge and its solutions - Own and manage sales managers to identify customer needs to ensure customer success with special emphasis on winning new customers. - Understand and analyse customer's needs & current challenges. Position the right offering accordingly, highlighting the relevant product capabilities to demonstrate values. - Collaborate with other members of the team (product, customer success managers,leadership, etc.) to build strategic adoption plans for customers - Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases. - Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product.
