Manager - Sales - Automation Logistic Business (1-10 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervising certain markets and industries to find potential customers at the earlist stage;
2. Contacting potential customers and figuring out their needs to pin out target customers;
3. Getting clear the project information, establishing communication and relations with customers and keeping following the projects;
4. Figuring out decision maker, consultant and all relative personnales, bidding process, etc.
5. Pinpointing customers bottleneck in technical process and work with pre-sale consulants internally to help them provide more suitable solutions for customers;
6. Fully understand the technical requirement from customers and being able to have primary technical discussion and know-how sharing with customers;
7. Presenting the technical solution provided by Pre-sale consultant team and ensure customers understand our solution and advantages.
Coordinating and organizing the preparation for bidding and commercial negotiation;
8. Fully supporting project department for project changes and payment, etc.
9. Making sure the success of the project as the window person between customer and internal team;
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Candidates with 2~3 years sales, marketing or relative experience, having basic knowledge of automation logistics systems are preferred;
2. Education: MBA from Tier 2/3 university
