Manager - Sales - Auto/Tractors Business (5-8 yrs)
KEY RESULT AREAS :
- Achieving the sales volumes, market share & profit targets by executing sales and marketing plan
- To execute strategies basis Market analysis & competition intelligence
- To execute project plan for new market entry strategy
- Growing the existing markets and implementing the annual business plan in terms of sales & marketing plans
- To ensure robust Sales processes & standards are implemented with distributors and dealers
- To ensure Customer Satisfaction and drive action plans on CAPs scores
- To ensure Distributor & Dealer satisfaction
- Execute product plan by having Product Launches in time by coordination with Product Development Team
- To understand and implement action points based on government liaising plan for the country /region
- To co-ordinate with India office for seamless execution of sales orders
- To drive dealer & distributor Manpower capability building and ensure Manpower adequacy
- To collaborate with the Customer Care counterpart to ensure support on after sales
- To carry out Below The Line, Above The Line and Brand building activities in the market to ensure brand promotion
- Collaboration and regular interaction with Support Functions (Business Planning, Customer Care, Product, Logistics, Finance) for ensuring smooth business flow
- To ensure relationship building with stakeholders
