We are on growth stage now with revenue been generated getting utilized on team and other expenses. We are working towards funding and also expansion in the market. Because of which there will be a little delay with the salary processing however, we appreciate the efforts and it will be an equity deal to start with and this won't go beyond 4-5 months.&nbsp; - You will be a part of the Core Leadership team and will be working closely with the CEO. As a Sales Head YOUR typical day might include - - Should be from Tier 1 B Schools (IIM/XLRI/FMS/ISB/MDI/IIFT/SP JAIN/XIM/TISS) - Business Development including pitching company portfolios to other brands - Brand Positioning/Brand Strategy during first connect - Work on aggressive Targets (Closures, Revenues, Partnerships) - Create and manage channel sales - Crafting compelling mailers and sharing it with Clients/Candidates - Social Media Campaigns - You know the knack of negotiating offers - You can dig down deep to figure out the companies who require our help - Lead the entire sales business for the company - You believe in yourself so much that sometimes YOU think what if YOU were GOD!!&nbsp; This Challenge might be for YOU if: - High level of industry and business partners contacts will make life easy for you - You enjoy solving problems.
