Corporate Lead Generation:
- Identify the organization's future B2B customers, segment them build and implement a client engagement plan.
- Work towards positioning SearchLight HR as the preferred recruitment partner and most the relevant one to the customer's core list and targeted recruitment briefs.
- Generating client database and working on the internal database as per the current market trends.
- Interacting with corporate HR professionals, CEO's and C-suite executives over a telecon to fix up meetings with the business head of our company.
- Passing on the lead and the diagnosis sheet to the business.
- Managing digital marketing initiatives in coordination with the digital marketing agencies for SEO.
- Conducting research on the companies listed and growing in the sectors that our company specialises in.
- Implement email marketing campaigns.

- High level of initiative, self-driven & ambitious, should be able to build equity of SearchLight HR.
- The candidate should be able to get good relationships, and generate leads of B2B clients.
- A proven passion for customer-focussed, results-driven, and a keen eye for new opportunities.
