Manager - Sales Alliance - SaaS - IT Products Development Firm (3-10 yrs)
Client: IT Product Development MNC
Location: WORK FROM HOME (Any Location as per your choice; Permanently)
1. Should have a minimum of 3 years in Creating and Managing Sales Alliances/Partners (SIs, Resellers, Channel Partners, etc)
2. Identifying opportunities for new partnerships; strengthening existing relationships and collaborations
3. Partner onboarding, enablement & management
4. Sales & Partner handling Experience with International market exposure/dealt with overseas stakeholders.
5. Cultivating and maintaining relationships among business partners while also developing strategies to increase sales & revenue.
6. Engage with partners- sales representatives in prospecting, qualifying, and identifying business opportunities.
7. Will be responsible for achieving assigned channel partner sales quotas.
8. Partner portal management & effective periodic communication with the Partners
9. Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs, and create synergy.
10. Report Trends and analysis to improve the region.
11. Competency Control and attainment level to empower regional partners.
12. Cadence Ownership with every partner company.
13. Driving market-led activities alongside partners and BU Heads.
14. Preferred from a consulting sales background and worked in large IT product development/ service-based companies.
