- Plan and execute the local agricultural machinery market analysis, policy study and product study;
- Develop Agricultural Machinery Distributor/dealer network in local market;
- Support, manage and supervise the distributor daily sales operation to achieve both quantitative and qualitative target;
- Follow and monitor distributor financial status, managing manufacturer credit to distributor, putting risk under control;
- Follows and monitor clients satisfaction, develop and implement necessary action to improve client satisfaction level;
- Coordinate the after-sales service support to the distributor with the regional service manager.
- Responsible for the turnover and profitability.
