Sales Acquisition Manager- MSME (Steel)
Company Brief:
B2B e-commerce platform for steel consumers, connecting micro, small and medium enterprises with steel distributors. One can purchase steel at competitive prices, with doorstep delivery at the click of a button. The platform shall also facilitate financing solutions and credit offers by banks and distributors for MSMEs steel purchases on the platform.
Role:
- Monthly target achievements in terms of no. of MSME customers acquired and retained and delivering volume & revenue targets for assigned geography:
- This will require rate negotiations, customization of offering, managing relationships with various stakeholders on a regular basis
- Guide the team to achieve their targeted revenue every year. Compliment digital marketing efforts with innovative BTL campaigns on ground which could be executed via in-field executives
- Team hiring, training, grooming, enablement and review towards delivery of assigned targets on a monthly basis
- Key account management for identified business critical accounts to ensure repeat purchase, higher share of customer wallet by leveraging cross selling opportunities
- Analysing the customer funnel to derive business intelligence leading to reduced acquisition costs and improve stickiness and repeat rates amongst acquired customers
- Enable changes to sales processes to improve customer conversion. Champion customer centricity and inculcate it in the sales associates
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-6 years of total sales experience in a B2B ecosystem, out of which 3-4 years should be in the steel industry
- Great written and verbal communication skills, well organized individual with high achievement orientation, bias for action, self-drive and initiative
- MBA from a premier institute preferred
