We are a leading search firm catering to various sectors. We are looking for a suitable candidate for the following position.
Role : Manager - Sales Accounting
Job Purpose : To look after sales accounting role for Karnataka & Kerala state
Company : An esteemed client of Emprise HR Solutions, into Cement Manufacturing and Sales
Location : Bangalore
Role and responsibilities:-
- Handling Sales Accounts, Projects, Commercial and Accounts Independently.
- AP /AR - timely ageing Report Submit to the Management
- Supervise dispatch, billing, commission of payment, regular stock verification, statutory compliance and follow-up activities
- Ensure Inventory Management / Control.
- Analyse & assess various discounts, schemes and sales benefits for better business as per policy of the company.
- Accountable for BG, funds requirements, ledger scrutiny and sales tax related issues., Ensure timely Verify /Renewal of ABG/CPBG and coordinate with suppliers / contractors
- Control on operating expenditure.
- Scrutiny of Commercial Terms and Conditions and making comments in line with Company's Policy/Guidelines.
- Debtors Management : Chasing for payment collection with Sales Teams as will as with Dealers and Periodic dealers' accounts reconciliation(Reconciliation of Vendor/ supplier and settle the Advance payment as per credit terms)
- Invoice Authorized /Verification Process Of RM/Consumable/ Transportation etc.
