Role Brief:

An exciting opportunity to network and build a connect with the CEOs, Founders, HR heads of internet-based companies pan India. The role is demanding, aggressive, target-oriented and will test the sales acumen of the incumbent.

If you are a self starter, a go getter and have the potential to drive business of a fast paced start up independently, this is the role for you! Excellent written and spoken communication is a must.

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive acquisition of potential corporate clients across the Internet/ tech industry from client identification, sales pitch to conversion

- Spearhead the sales pitch of the services offered by Coffeemug to CXOs, founders and HR head of target organizations

- Build a consistent pipeline of clients and suggest opportunity areas to expand the client base on regular basis

- Track client progress & conversion through regular follow ups and information sharing

- Oversee branding and marketing campaigns for all sales initiatives for the leadership hiring practice

- Establish the sales team from scratch to drive corporate sales across the country for the organisation
