Job Description :

Location-Dohale, Mumbai

Security and Safety Management ( 70% Security & 30% H&S)

- Site lead for security & Safety

- Point-of-Contact for clients and local authorities

- Develop, implement and enforce security & safety measures

- Support commercial and compliance efforts

- Present security & safety plans to clients and management

- Plan & conduct/manage security & safety awareness training programs

- Manage suppliers of technology, hardware and services related to Security & Safety

- Audit subcontractors & work with them to improve performance

- Prepare for and facilitate external audits

- Investigate and report on security & safety incidents

- Coordinate with Operations Department to enforce compliance

- Manage and maintain security & security equipment and systems

Mandatory Experience & Qualifications :

- Experience working in or with operations in warehousing, trucking, manufacturing, similar environments or in military/para military, security service

- Computer literate

- No criminal record

Preferred Experience :

- Experience of working in Compliance or security role

- Experience working with ISO standards, C-TPAT or TAPA FSR

- Experience with incident reporting and investigation

- Experience with project implementation

- A background in military or police service would be an advantage
