Job Description :
- The role encompasses end-to-end RPA development and delivering scalable RPA architecture and solutions with AutomationAnywhere, with some form of advanced AA certification.

Description
- Facilitate iterative SDLC processes and tools to enable the effective communication of stories, requirements, acceptance criteria and progress in support of the organization's Digital Transformation objectives
- Work with business analysts, engineering & architecture leadership, and business stakeholders to understand automation requirements and company goals
- Help shape, estimate and plan automation roadmap that helps make development process better, safer and faster
- Provide thought leadership to various program initiatives, especially from an automation perspective
- Lead and coach a team of automation developers to help embed modern engineering tools & practices and deliver high quality software faster
- Monitor team work completion rate, cycle times, error rates and other automation related KPIs
- Understand development risks and technical debt and makes process improvement recommendations to the team, management and business stakeholders
Profile
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, or similar field
- 10+ years' hands-on experience on the following of which at least 5 years in leading RPA development teams whilst improving product quality and delivery speed:
- RPA frameworks and tooling such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath or similar
- Modern engineering practices such as Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Test Driven Development (TDD), using the Microsoft .NET stack
- Agile ALM tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Version One, Rally etc.)
- Full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Software development background and scripting with one or more of the following languages: .Net, Java, PowerShell, Python
- Experience in recruiting, hiring and retaining the best RPA development professionals
Good to Haves:
- Experience working with globally distributed teams in a multinational company
- Familiarity with software architecture principles including open source, object-oriented programming, SaaS, service-oriented architecture, microservices and design patterns; and how architecture impacts team organization and performance
- Knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle, EMRs, practice management systems, FHIR, HL7 or HIPAA
