Client Details :

Our client is an international premium player in the Food industry. Well established in the western hemisphere, they are now turning their attention to India with the intention of growing their footprint. They offer a diverse range of ready to eat foods. They are poised to grow rapidly and need a strong Route to Market Manager to fuel and sustain the growth for India

Description :

- Create and implement a detailed RTM approach for the Sales team based on the demographic, trade and economic parameters, to fully exploit the market potential

- Partner with the Sales leadership team to map out long term goals to ensure Sales and Operations strategies align

- Ensure effective execution of the RTM agenda across the country through effective change management interventions and appropriate resource allocation

- Decide, recommend and improvise various operational strategies based on prevailing market environment, to ensure best practices

- Focus on identifying and mitigating areas of inefficiencies and potential gaps in the Sales strategy. Continuously review and manage various Sales and Operations strategies keeping in line the globally established standards

- Generate and define RTM metrics dashboard and monitor distributors dashboard performance

- Measure the effectiveness of every RTM initiative and do course corrections wherever required

- Partner with sales training team in defining the Key RTM Skill Sets for the Sales team & co create relevant training interventions to develop the team to effectively handle RTM related tasks

Profile :

- Masters degree in Management from Premier B School (2010, 2011, 2012 batch)

- 6 - 8 Years' over all experience in FMCG Sales function

- Preferably minimum 2 years prior experience in handling RTM / Trade Marketing / Sales Development experience

- Prior experience of RTM project implementation

- High result & execution orientation

- Project Management Skills

- Adept at Influencing and networking

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Proficient in preparing impactful power point presentations & excel reports

- Ability to navigate through changing environment and related ambiguity
