Manager - Route To Market - FMCG

Leading FMCG company is hiring for a senior role in Manager-Route to market position.

Main Duties and Functions :

RTM Footprint :

- Formulate the strategy, vision and execution plan for RTM transformation in Danone

- Design & Drive specific RTM Interventions in all Channels - Urban, Rural & Wholesale

- Lead & design RTM footprint for Top 400 Towns in India

- Design ROI & Investment for all Channels and drive efficiencies in Channel Management

- Drive Commercial Hygiene with all customers and build sustainable capabilities in Infrastructure.

GTM Projects & New Channel Development :

- Lead, propose and deliver the optimized Distribution strategy and coverage plans.

- Design, Set Up and own the new RTM Model - Hospital Channel ; Set up exclusive Distribution System in Top 20 Cities

- Plan & Drive the Super Stockiest Model Nationally with focus on driving Distribution

Sales Force Operations :

- Process Owner of entire Manpower Planning of DSRs covering appointment and Attrition

- Involved in design, Roll Out, Calculations & Exception Handling of DSR Salary
